We are both medical doctors

What is your profession?

Physiatrists , physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, working at University Clinic for physical medicine and rehabilitation, Faculty of Medicine, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia

How did you come to know ISICO?

We found out about you from our colleagues from URI Soca, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Write some lines about your visit to the ISICO clinic in Milan

We spent 3 days with Dr. Zaina, Dr. Lusini, and Dr. Febbo and followed their examinations of patients of different ages and with different health problems. We were able to monitor assessments of children and adults with scoliosis, the application of dry needling, the follow-up of patients with braces, and the adjustment of braces at the orthotist shop. We were also able to observe exercises and self-correction according to the SEAS approach with PT Lorenza Vallini. Patient examinations at ISICO are very detailed, documented with photographs and measurements. Doctors try very hard to explain to patients their condition, the type of treatment, and the challenges they will face.

Are you satisfied with what you have learned?

Of course, we are very satisfied. We hope to extend further collaboration between ISICO and us. Thank you for making our stay in ISICO possible. We gained new experiences and witnessed a different approach in the treatment of scoliosis
